Educational Pack Walks

MONDAY & WEDNESDAY

Why is structured walking so important

Not only for the obvious reasons of exercise to maintain a healthy weight. The most important part about walking your dog is for their mental health. While walking, our dogs senses are over powered with goodness. When their muscles are working they release oxytocin, opioids, adrenaline and serotonin into the brain and blood stream. This means the physical act of walking is immensely enjoyable. However walking can be much more than that when done correctly. Doing learning exercises tailored to your dogs needs can benefit them tremendously. New sights, sounds, smells and lessons will build confidence, obedience and social skills. This extra private time with me will speed up your training process or help maintain good behaviours after our training is complete.

With strong structured walks you should see a positive difference in your dogs overall behaviour, happiness and health.

THE PACK Walk

£25-40 per walk

This is now the only weekly walking service I provide. With this service your dog will be walked with up to 11 other dogs for 2 hours, either in the forest or at the beach. Each dog must under go a certain amount of private training to be sure they will benefit from such a pack experience.

These walks are extremely fulfilling for the dogs. being in such a large pack has a very positive effect on each dog included. learning not only how to listen to obedience commands under pressure and around other dogs, but how to mirror certain confidence and other behaviours, as well as understanding social cues and manners.

Every pack walk there are multiple handlers present so that each dog is supervised, cared for and cleaned up after.
